Royston Fox FPFS
I started my career in 1992 and I have had the privilege of working with, and for, so many amazing and inspirational people during this time.
I have been lucky to have enjoyed learning from everyone I have interacted with along the way. Some people have shown me how to do things better and others have taught how I would not wish to do things – but there has always been a lesson to be learnt every day.
Success has manifested itself in being able to see the development of both clients and colleagues alike over time – this has, in turn, allowed me to develop both personally and professionally too.
Over the years, my belief in the need for a long-term trusted relationship as the bedrock to a successful advisory relationship has only ever grown. I believe good financial advice cannot be completely remote and/or automated.
So, I plan to continue to grow the Team here at RFA, building on the firm’s success to date. This will ensure that there is a robust succession plan ensuring that both the firm and its clients can continue to thrive beyond my tenure.
I am firm believer in staying active both mentally and physically – so I still exercise regularly and enjoy sparring mentally with my peers.
