Rebecca Wilmot Assoc CIPD

I now have over 13 years’ experience within financial services and have recently achieved Associate Level in Human Resources. I have gained invaluable skills in running a high performing Practice such us effective communication, greater business acumen and understanding the importance of employee relations. The key aspects of my role within RFA include business strategy & growth, people management, HR and managing the company accounts.

I have a passion for organisation, structures and growth. I thrive in being adaptable and proactive to meet the needs of the business and our clients.

I will continue to develop my skills with further HR qualifications, to ensure I continue to offer robust and relevant support to the business.

Outside of work I am passionate about netball and play every week. I also enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym, swimming, yoga and aimlessly following walking trails with my son.
